Our History
2009 – 2011
We started by providing our clients with services in Standard Cells (Digital), Circuit Design (Digital) and DDR – Periphery layout. Harnessing our mutual experiences over the past 10+ years in the industry, we formed the company and built the necessary foundations to start working on projects, breaking ramen profitability in the first year.
2011 – 2012
As with all projects, we grew as the requirements did. Alongside the development required to fulfill IC design projects, we worked on building the foundations on what would be XINYX Design as an internationally recognized engineering powerhouse.
2013 – 2014
Scaling to 50 employees by the 4th quarter of 2014, our ventures entered into the training and development phase for new engineers. As new talent entered XINYX design, our services diversified to include Analog Mixed Signal circuit design services, FPGA block layout, and full chip development.
2015 – 2016
Over the next few months, we strengthened our manpower to 75 employees, and continued to diversify services as the industry needed. Our project inclusions during this period added the necessary skill set and manpower to undertake memory block layout, while maintaining and continuing to research, develop and innovate our existing services.
2017 – 2018
2017 was our first major A-HA moment. When we validated our training and development, operational finesse, and expansion to 159 employees. With that, we officially launched XINYX Mi-PaD: An immersive learning program for universities and students across the Philippines. During these years, we continued to diversify, adding Characterization, Standard Cell Development (Analog) and SERDES Block Layout to our services for our clients.
2019
10 fabulously fabless years. In addition to scaling to an impressive 181 employees across 4 offices, we added GPIO Macro to our services to cater to new and existing clients. With the first 10 years accomplished, we entered a new era of XINYX Design, officially completing our journey as a startup.
2020 – 2021
As the pandemic hit, we did what most businesses feared – go international. It became essential for us to connect at greater depths with our clients by enabling close proximity to augmented staff solutions. With this expansion period, we scaled to 215 employees as we added Analog Mixed Signal Characterization to our services and opened our first international branch in Eindhoven, Netherlands.
